On-site, every six months, we will galvanize & coach your team to create a tailored and contextual 6-month strategic plan toward establishing an ecosystem to mend, make, & multiply missional disciples.

4 EncounterGod Weekends

We will apprentice your team through planning, execution, debriefing & celebrating an EGW & empower your teams to lead with wisdom while contextually integrating them with your discipleship pathway.

High Access

Teams will have access to to their coach outside of scheduled coach & to the ECMC Resource Library.

4 EncounterEquips

We will apprentice your team through planning, execution, debriefing & mobilization of everyday practitioners who minister in small groups, on Sunday mornings, EGW’s, & lovingly to their neighbors.

What We Expect of Ministry Team Huddles

Team Expectations

High Commitment
Team members have demonstrated personal investment & interest in establishing a discipling culture that mends. Attend every meeting, read materials, & offer reflections.

High Challenge
Teams will cultivate a rhythm of revelation & response, consistently learning to live from their true identity in Christ & move outward in leadership.

High Investment
Teams will receive support, prayer ministry, resources, access to ECMC staff, and access to your coach outside your regularly scheduled time. We are for you.

High Accountability
Every Huddle ends with these two questions: What is God saying? What will I/we do about it? And at the next Huddle, you’ll be asked how it went. Every. Single. Time.

Financial Investment

Most coaching programs only focus on the skills of the senior leader, for 60 minutes, once per month, in a group, for at least $500 (believe us, we’ve been there).

We take a different approach:

The whole team, the whole time, the whole way for the sake of the whole culture.

Everyone for $8,196/year or $683/month

  • One executive leader in coaching cohort

  • Plus up to five total in internal Team coaching huddle

  • Additional executive & team members $99/month

  • Covers everything (including the Waypoints)

  • Doesn’t include reading & event materials
