Amy Howard is an ordained minister, spiritual director, author, podcaster, doctoral candidate, and mother of six boys. She is the co-founder of Trinitas (a spiritual direction certification program), and she is the founder of Encounter Culture Mission Collaborative (a teaching and healing movement focused on helping ministries, ministers, and ordinary people live a sustainable, embodied faith).
With over 15 years of experience in spiritual direction, healing prayer ministry, church planting, and teaching, Amy brings a grounded, pastoral voice to conversations about formation, healing, and life with God.
Amy's work helps people move beyond performance-based Christianity and into a more honest, relational, and sustainable way of following Jesus— rooted in both deep theological training and real lived experience.
