We do recommend bringing a sweater or jacket as the temperature can vary through the event and we want you to be comfortable!

  • We have people verifying a sign-in and sign-out system so that all of the teens are accounted for during the Encounter.

  • A Youth Encounter weekend is a sacred space—one where students are invited to belong, encounter the Father’s love, and discover who they are in JESUS.

These weekends are only possible because of missional believers who choose to step in with courage, humility, and compassion.

If you’ve experienced God’s healing in your own life and desire to walk with the next generation as they discover freedom, we invite you to consider serving with us. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to be a professional.

    You need to have

    1. Attended an EncounterGod Weekend

    2. Completed EncounterEquip

    3. Apprenticed already at a minimum of one EncounterGod Weekend

    4. Provided documentation of a background check within the past year (or are willing to get one done through ECMC)

    5. Completed our child safety course online

  • We believe family is the smallest unit of culture—whether biological or the family we gain in Christ.

The Youth Encounter Weekend integrates naturally with the adult Encounter model, creating shared language, healing, and testimony across generations.

    We want to see:

    • Healing restored early

    • Teens walking in holiness and wholeness

    • A rising generation strengthened for today—not “someday”

    • Young men and women freed from decades-long wounds

    • A church renewed by the stories of its sons and daughters

God is moving in this generation.
Not just someday. Right now.

You were made to Encounter God.

It’s your turn.
